Makr is a designer and manufacturer of bags, device cases, furniture and more. With this redesign we identified the goals of not only an improved shopping experience but also an overall faster website without sacrificing image quality. This required re-platforming from Magento to Craft CMS and improving perceived loading times through better page loading and caching.

I was responsible for leading this project from conception to launch, including conducting interviews with the staff to discover unmet needs of the site, coordinating with the creative lead at Makr as well as the Engineering team and then creating the wireframes, prototypes and UX design for the site build.
